Returns and Exchanges

All items on SHOPKIMMYCARRERA are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. However, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item or with your order ONCE received. Thank you.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order right upon arrival and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Thank you.

Lost Parcel

As parcels are already shipped through USPS, DHL Express, and/or UPS. SHOPKIMMYCARRERA will not be responsible for any lost parcel packages once shipped. Please trace your parcel packages through the tracking number provided (which should of been included in your receipt confirmation email), and contact your local post.
